The Hue / Saturation lets you adjust the hue, saturation, and brightness of all the colors in a Layer. If you want to easily recolor your image this is invented for you!
Use Hue to rotate the colors around the color circle and use Saturation to make your image more colorfull or colorless. Saturation is the amount of color a certain color has. For example, white and black have no saturation and bright blue has 100% saturation.
Reset resets to the default values.
In case you have a slow computer or you apply it to a big Mandala you can turn off the interactive update with Preview changes.
