Symbols is one of the most powerful features of Mandala Painter.
You shouldn't uninstall the program until checking this :)
After you pressed the Yin-yang icon on the toolbar select a symbol from the list, drag and drop onto the Mandala. Alternatively you can double click on the thumbnails insted of dragging. The Symbol will appear on the Mandala on a separate layer.
After the placement you can move it by the Free Transform Tool or right click with any of the painting tools
The default division set to 1. Set it up to the desired number after the placement
